What You Need to Submit

  • Your Team Name Graphic .PNG image file.
  • You can submit a GIF version as well, but it is not required. 

Submission Checklist

  • Make sure your file name is in the following format: TeamName_24HRS2026_TNG.png
  • All team members are represented
  • Make sure it is the final version of your graphic.
  • Please subit PNG files only.

Double-Check Before Submitting

  • If it is a gif, make sure it is works as intended, and a PNG version of your image is included.

Final Film Submission

Fill out the submission form with the requested information and upload your final film file!

What You Need to Submit

  • Your completed 30-second film
  • Official team name card at the beginning
  • Proper file format and size
  • YouTube link for playlist
  • Youtube title name is formatted: “TeamName 24 HOURS 2026“
  • Video file for google drive upload

Submission Checklist

  • Film is 30 seconds or shorter (not including title card).
  • Team name card is first (3 seconds, black background, white text- This does NOT count toward the final run time of your film).
  • Make sure your file name is in the following format: TeamName_24HRS2026_FinalFilm.mp4
  • File uploads successfully.
  • Team name matches registration EXACTLY.
  • No personal or school names visible in film.
  • Detailed instructions available on Rules page.

  • Film is exactly 30 seconds or under
  • Sound is working and synced properly
  • Official team name card included
  • File uploads successfully
  • YouTube link works (for showcase playlist)

  • Youtube title name is formatted: “TeamName BTS 24 HOURS 2026“
  • Video file for google drive upload

Submission Checklist

  • Film is no longer than 3 minutes at maximum.
  • Make sure your file name is in the following format: TeamName_24HRS2026_BTS.mp4
  • File uploads successfully.
  • Team name on file name matches registration EXACTLY.

Double-Check Before Submitting

  • Film is at MAXIMUM 3 minutes or under
  • Sound is working and synced properly.
  • File uploads successfully.
  • YouTube link works (for showcase playlist)
